  • Damage reported for products collected by the customer from store, will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Product delivered in damaged condition by the delivery partner needs to be immediately brought to the notice of the company with valid proof to substantiate the product received in damaged conditions. That an appropriate proof would be a video recording of opening of and/or unpacking the box in which product.
